![]() (By the way, I have Overwatch running in the background right now on the main menu, and during the time it's taken me to write this post, the fan speed has gone up and down significantly like seven times.)ĮDIT: For those who are interested, I've figured out some info on how the fan control settings work in Dragon Center. I was wondering if you guys have any advice? Is there any way for me to control fan speeds other than Dragon Center? If not, has anyone figured out the best settings for Dragon Center to prevent the fan from changing speeds too much? Thanks. But it turns out the fan settings in Afterburner can't be used with my laptop. So I tried downloading MSI Afterburner, since it has a better fan control interface. (It doesn't help that the graph doesn't actually display any temperature values, so I have to just guess what temperature each node is supposed to represent.) It kind of pays attention to my settings but not really. ![]() but it's extremely finicky and often doesn't seem to work at all. MSI Dragon Center has options to customize fan speeds. So I want to change the fan settings so that they're more consistent and don't jump around as much. Second issue: The fan speed tends to jump around a lot, which is irritating. First issue: why is the temp so high when the usage is so low? Is there a problem here or is this just how it is? The CPU usage is usually around 15%, and the CPU temps go up to 90 C. I've been playing Overwatch, and monitoring system stats using Dragon Center. ![]() Yesterday I bought an MSI GS65, and I'm having a lot of trouble with the fan speeds. ![]()
